EVANGELISM
The Evangelism Ministry provides outreach to the lost in the church's surrounding communities and providing information about the love and grace of God to persons who, typically, are not part of the church. Our desire is to show those around us the love of God in tangible, practical ways.
As the 'arms of the church,' it is the intent of this Ministry to show the love of God throughout the church and local communities and in the process educate our congregation on practical ways to encourage others to join our family. In this way, others are empowered to each reach someone else as we exalt our God.
Objectives / Goals
This Ministry exists to equip and empower our church family in the following areas:
- Mission Extend ourselves to our community in an effort to meet the needs that exist in our immediate environment.
- Discipleship Educate our congregation with practical, user-friendly evangelism as our foundation
- Fellowship Encourage others to join our family
- Evangelism Empower each one to reach someone else
- Worship Exalt our God
- Be active in furthering the vision and mission of Star Bethlehem
- Meet all financial obligations assigned to the Ministry
